Recipe : Maccha Ice Cream (抹茶アイスクリーム)


Maccha Ice Cream (抹茶アイスクリーム)

Ingredients

100 ml of milk
50 g of sugar
7 g of corn starch
5 g of maccha powder
100 ml of heavy cream

1. Put milk, sugar, corn starch and maccha powder in a bowl. Make sure to strain maccha powder with a fine strainer. Then heat the pan over low heat, and continue to mixing until the mixture has thickened. Then, turn off the heat. Let it cool.
2. Beat heavy cream until it becomes creamy. Add mixture from step 1. Mix them thoroughly.
3. Pour it into a container and freeze. Wait 3-4 hours until it is solidified.
4. Enjoy! :)
